Project details, plot sizes, layouts, images, amenities and prices published on this Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Nothing on this Website constitutes a legal offer or binding commitment. Any transaction is governed exclusively by the written agreement executed between you and the Company.
3. Enquiries, consent and communication
I authorise Helping Human Infratech Pvt. Ltd. & its representatives to contact me with updates and notifications via Email / SMS / WhatsApp / Call. This will override DND / NDNC.
By submitting an enquiry you confirm the above authorisation. In addition, the following applies to information you send us:
When you voluntarily send us electronic mail / fillup the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. 4. RERA registration and mandate transactions
- The Company acts as a RERA-registered real estate agent under registration number and quotes this number in every sale it facilitates.
- Where the Company markets a project belonging to a third-party promoter, it does so as an appointed mandate partner under a written mandate. The promoter remains solely responsible for construction, approvals, specifications, delivery and possession of that project.
- Buyers of flats or units in third-party projects should independently verify the project’s own RERA registration, approvals and disclosures on the authority’s portal before booking.
- In resale transactions the Company acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer; title ultimately passes under the deed executed between those parties.
5. Bookings, payments and documentation
- All payments must be made only to the Company’s official bank account against a valid receipt.
- The Company is not responsible for cash payments or payments made to any individual without written authorisation.
- Stamp duty, registration charges, mutation fees and other statutory levies are payable by the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Website, including the logo, brand name, text, graphics, layouts and images, is the property of Helping Human Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Third-party links
This Website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
