Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking amount

A plot or unit is provisionally reserved only after the booking amount is received in the Company’s official bank account and a written booking confirmation or receipt has been issued.

2. Cancellation by the customer

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the registered applicant.
• Administrative charges, as specified in the booking application, will be deducted from the amount paid.
• Statutory charges already paid to government authorities are non-refundable.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 30 to 45 working days from acceptance of the cancellation request, through the original payment mode or by bank transfer to the applicant’s registered account.

4. Cancellation by the Company

The Company may cancel a booking where payments are not made as per the agreed schedule, or where information furnished by the applicant is found to be false.

5. Service charges

Fees paid for advisory, documentation or legal verification services already rendered are non-refundable.
