Helping Human Infratech Pvt. Ltd. began operations in 2018 with a straightforward observation: in Bihar, buying property was rarely difficult because of price — it was difficult because of paperwork.
Families were paying for plots with unclear title, incomplete mutation or boundaries that did not match the deed. We decided to build a company that solves that problem first: acquire land ourselves, verify it through our own legal desk, develop it properly, and sell it only when it can be registered without a question mark.
Since then we have handed over more than 2,500 properties across Patna, Sonpur and Ayodhya, and the majority of our buyers still come through referrals from earlier customers.

That registration widened what we do: besides our own plots and townships, we now market flats in RERA-registered projects on mandate for developers, and handle verified resale plots, flats and houses for individual buyers and sellers.

The registration is granted under Section 9 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and authorises us to facilitate the sale or purchase of any plot, apartment or building in RERA-registered projects across Bihar. The Act also requires us to quote this number in every sale we facilitate, maintain proper books and records under Rule 13, and pass on complete information and documents to allottees at the time of booking.
